So I mentioned in one of my previous posts (find it here) that I would be attending Wimbledon with the brand Allen Solly, and I was beyond thrilled about it! We were there last week, and it was definitely one of those unparalleled moments that I always thought would only be a dream.
I remember watching Wimbledon matches on TV with my mom every year, hoping to one day watch Djokovic and Federer work their magic in person. So you can only imagine my excitement when I learnt that I’d be lucky enough to watch them both. It couldn’t have gotten better! We attended the opening day, and started out with drinks and lunch at the VIP Village. I knew I wanted to wear a cute summer dress for that day, so I opted for a white one with blue floral details. Since London weather is known for being unpredictable, I couldn’t leave without a jacket. Post lunch, it was time for Djokovic’s match against James Ward. I’m not even exaggerating when I say that my heart was racing at a million miles an hour at this point! After we finished the first match, we got to binge on some delicious high tea treats, and the infamous Wimbledon strawberries and cream. We then went onto watch Federer do his thing, before we headed back to our hotel.

Having lived in London for almost a year, it’s always been like second home for me. And I couldn’t leave without revisiting all my favourite places, meeting my friends, and of course, shopping! But more on that later!
I put together another look from Allen Solly’s Wimbledon collection. I’m actually wearing a men’s shirt here, but I loved the umbrella print, and if I hadn’t gone with the dress for Wimbledon, this could definitely have been a good option! You can find their Wimbledon collection here!
