Being in India, Lux is a brand that I’ve seen all throughout my years growing up. Right from the extremely luxurious television adverts, to the lovely variety of fragrances, every product was so tempting for me as a kid!
Lux’s new Plush Collection consists of a range of fragrances unlike anything they’ve done before. The packaging (which you will see below) is absolutely stunning! I tried 2 new scents designed by the Master Perfumer Violet Zar from the collection, which includes 5 different scented shower fragrance mousses. This collection isn’t available in India yet, but will be soon, and I’m about to give you a little sneak peek into them!
The Pampering scent of Snow Peonies, French Vanilla & White Camellia is a fragrance that contains hints of bergamot, tuberose and french vanilla, along with the flowers of George O’Keefe. Quite an interesting mix if you ask me! It is an extremely calming and pampering scent, which is full of vibrance and perfect for someone like me, who can be ultra feminine yet edgy at the same time!
The second fragrance, which is The Luxurious Scent of Midnight Iris & Arabian Oud, is something that instantly takes you into a sexy and elegant state of mind. If you’re one who loves Arabian Oud, this one’s definitely for you! You get an instant burst of a sensual scent every time you use it, and it’s all about sophistication and mystique, and is bound to leave someone wanting more!
Overall, the texture of the shower mousses feels so pampering on the skin. It lathers up beautifully too! The packaging as well, has made for a very pretty addition to my shower, and I couldn’t be happier. A few other new scents include The Opulent Scent of Turkish Rose & Golden Amber, The Creamy Scent of Coconut Milk & White Orchids and The Sparkling Scent of Mediterranean Neroli & Green Tea, that I cannot wait to try!
Now onto my favourite part of this post! Although blogging gives me the opportunity to work closely with so many different brands, the feeling of working with one that I’ve personally loved over the years and been an avid user of, is something else altogether. I’ve been wanting to share this news with you guys for so long, and I’m so excited that it’s finally happening! I’m part of Lux’s Global Ambassadors, and I will be going on a journey with the brand to the fragrance capital of the world in France! Another special addition to this is that my birthday falls during the trip, so it’s going to be an eventful day that I’ll be spending in a different part of the world with fellow ambassadors!
I say this every time, but I am so thankful for all you guys. I wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for you, and I am so grateful for all the love and support! This is so overwhelming and exciting, and I can’t wait for you guys to join me on this journey with Lux!
