Back to College

Summer holidays have come to an end, and from all the memories I have of my college days, there was always something bittersweet about getting back to college life. As much as I hated the thought of having to wake up early and get to class everyday, half asleep, with my makeup done in a hurry, there are so many memories from those days that I will always cherish. And I must admit, there are times when I wish I’d put in a little bit more effort into my outfit at the time. 

So today, I’ve put together a look that you could wear to college, that would not only be super comfy, but really fun and stylish too! Since it’s always comfort over style, I grabbed three basic pieces from Only‘s new collection, and put them together. There’s really no going wrong with a fun tee worn to college, and this one basically describes my life. Although the weather doesn’t require a warmer outfit, I love layering every chance I get, so I threw on a lightweight checked shirt for an added element of colour to the look. A college wardrobe would totally be incomplete without ripped denims, and this pair fits absolutely perfectly. What’s not to love?! I completed the look with a pair of sneakers and a backpack. I’d also recommend trying a basic ponytail with an outfit like this, I just couldn’t find a hair tie around when we took these pictures haha.
