5 WAYS I GRUNGE IT UP

Have you been seeing a lot of grunge-y trends all around and would totally love to take inspiration for your daily style, but aren’t very sure how? I put together this look from ONLY’s current collection, and incorporated a bit of grunge into my personal style, and here’s a few ways you could do the same!

LAYER UP!
I know layering isn’t the best option given the current weather conditions in India, but a lightweight jacket doesn’t do much harm! Especially if it’s a metallic bomber over a very casual tee and pair of denims, you’re bound to get that instant cool quotient added to the look and the way you pull it off!

MIX IN YOUR PERSONAL STYLE
As much as you might want to imitate a trend just like you’ve seen it around, there’s nothing better than adding a little bit of yourself to the look. Here, the addition of rose patches and my rose tinted sunglasses were a very personal touch, and I still had the whole grunge vibe going on.

COLOUR PALETTE
If you’re looking to grunge it up this season, I’d say opting for neutral colours would be your best bet. A hint of red or deeper tones here and there also creates that perfect edgy-grunge look, but I’d suggest staying away from neons, pastels or bright pops of colour.

GET YOUR FIERCE BOOTS ON
For me, wearing boots automatically make me a feel a little grunge. So if you throw on a pair of black boots with studs (like I did), or patent ones, or even casual sneakers for that matter, you’ll definitely be heading in the right direction!

THE RIGHT ATTITUDE
This is the last but most important tip. You always need the right kind of attitude to be able to pull off a certain look, and with something like this, that confident, slightly fierce attitude is kinda important. So don’t think too much about whether you’re dressed the part, just get your confidence on, and you’ll be good to go!

Just like everyone else, I’ve been obsessing over roses and this tee and pair of denims from ONLY went perfectly well together, especially when I layered the metallic bomber over. So happy with the way the entire look turned out!

Hey Aashna, I think I’ve said this before, but the columns in the info button are not working. Once you click Info, and then select About the Snob! or Common Questions, Press and Privacy & Disclaimer, nothing appears. Please look into it as soon as possible! I absolutely love the new design and blog. I have a small suggestion if you don’t mind : write a blog post or a video about how you started your blog, your course in London, and SnobShop. I’m actually very interested in fashion business which is why I’m asking.

My husband and i were now lucky when Michael could carry out his reports from the precious recommendations he had when using the web page. It is now and again perplexing to simply possibly be giving for free strategies that some others may have been making money from. And we all remember we need you to appreciate for this. The most important illustrations you’ve made, the easy web site menu, the friendships your site make it easier to instill – it is most fantastic, and it’s making our son and our family believe that this article is interesting, and that is really fundamental. Thank you for the whole thing!
