see url I spent last weekend at the gorgeous property of Sula Vineyards, for the Vero Moda Sula Fest. A weekend away from the hubbub of Bombay, was a well-needed chance to unwind. Since I hadn’t been to the fest before, I was very excited to see what was in store for me, and I had an absolute blast! You can’t really ask for more when you’ve got a lovely view and lots of good food, wine and music, can you? And not to forget the fashion element, of course!
Coming to that, I picked an ensemble from Vero Moda’s spring/summer collection for Sula Fest. When I visited the Vero Moda store last week, I went prepared to find myself a complete boho-chic outfit. I’m usually one to jump at the opportunity to channel my inner gypsy, but I had a change of mind at the store. I spotted this sequin tee, and something about it just called out to me. And before I knew it, I was planning a look that was a complete contrast from what I had in mind!
Since sequin is quite glitzy and eye-catching, I wanted something to tone it down a little and make it suitable enough to wear not just at night, but during the day too. And nothing does that better than a simple white shirt. This one was just the right length to layer over my tee and a black skater skirt I picked out. As for accessories, I just had on a few rings and my favourite sunglasses, along with a tiny bag for my essentials. All in all, the look was super comfy, and even though it wasn’t very conventional, I loved the glam element! You can buy my outfit at www.veromoda.in
We clicked a few pictures around the place and at the Vero Moda lounge, just before we enjoyed a fashion show launching Vero Moda’s spring/summer ’16 collection! I had the best time at Sula Fest this year. Thank you for having us, Vero Moda!
