Hello there!
I’m back in London if you may not already know from Instagram or Snapchat. I spent my last week in Bombay trying to finish like a million shoots, edit videos and work on future content for my blog and YouTube, but one of the favourite parts of my week was that we hit 50 thousand followers on Instagram! It feels like a huge milestone, and I cannot thank you guys enough for the constant love, support and motivation. You guys keep me going, even in the toughest of times.

In today’s post I have a little something to say, that I’ve been contemplating sharing with you guys for 3 months now. It may not seem like a big deal to some of you, but it is to me, and I finally decided it’s time to go with it. I get a lot of emails from you’ll asking me what my beauty secret is or how I look so perfect. Some of you even call yourselves ugly. Here’s something you should know. I’ve been taking up a lot more work than I can handle in the past 3 months, and apparently cause of the stress caused by that, I’ve been going through the worst phase with my skin. If you were to ever see me in person without makeup, I’m almost a hundred percent sure you’d call me ugly. Whoever I’ve met, friends or family, has asked me stuff like, ‘What’s with the pimples?’ And trust me, it feels harsher than it sounds, especially when there are more people around. So I’m nowhere even close to perfect. And in the beginning, I was very disturbed by all this. I’ve cribbed and cried, after which I realised how stupid I was being. Nobody’s perfect. And it’s all about believing that you’re beautiful despite that. There’s nothing wrong with using makeup if you like it, but you shouldn’t think you’re ugly without it. Trust me, if you actually believe this, you will be a much happier person. And if anyone tries to pull you down, they’re probably not having a very nice day, and maybe you should feel bad for them and not yourself.

Okay so enough with the deep stuff, let’s talk about the outfit. I’m finally wearing an Indian outfit on the blog, and I couldn’t be more excited! Probably should have done this sooner haha. But anyway, better late than never. I got this outfit tailored, cause once in a while the designer in me decides to get inspired and create something. I hope you guys enjoy the pictures just as much as we enjoyed shooting them. I’m going to see you super soon with a lot more fun stuff! Have a super week, you beautiful ladies!

Aashna you're beautiful inside and out ❤ And this post proves it furthermore.
I couldn't have loved this post anymore.
There's so much more to a girl than her appearance and makeup doesn't make someone pretty it just adds up to your beauty. Believe me I've been there when everyone notices the pimples when they meet you. It's very disturbing. I can't even imagine how much stress you must have gone through. But it's great that now you're happy and confident in your skin. 🙂
    You're a gem of person ❤
Loads of love and support, my favourite 😘 💕

I really loved this post. Somehow I can totally relate. People demoralize us every now and then and some times no amount of makeup can make us pretty if we are not pretty from the inside. You are pretty from inside out Aashna and trust me I don't say it because I am your fan but I say it because somewhere along the line I found a friend in you I always wanted. Enough with the deep talk haha xD but I really loved this post and as always your sense of styling is amazing 😀
